From the checkout menu you may order through:

To Order On-Line with your Credit Card
Click the "Order by Credit Card Online" button, fill out the billing information
and then submit.
This website takes every precaution to protect our customers
information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your
information is protected both online and off-line. When our order form asks
users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that
information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software
in the industry.

To Order by Fax
Click on the "Order by Credit Card Using Fax" button, fill out the necessary
information and  submit the form. This will return a clean form with your order
ready to print. Then Fax to: (253) 537-6931 Customer Service
An answering machine will pickup please go ahead and push the fax
button to complete the fax process or leave a message.

To Order by Postal Mail
Click either " Order by Check through Postal Mail, or "Order by Credit Card
through Postal Mail" button.  Fill out all necessary information then push
submit. This will also return a clean form with your order ready to print.

If your ordering by check, we can not process your order for five to seven days
until your check has cleared the bank.  Then we will ship your order out promptly.

Shipping
We ship UPS ground as standard shipping unless otherwise specified. With
UPS ground all orders are insured and tracked. Orders will be shipped same
day or next business day if in stock as most are. High demand items may
take longer especially during the holiday season. You are given additional fast
delivery options that are offered at check out for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship in the United States at this time.
Our site states "ships out in 24- 48 hours" this means we process your order and
it ships out in 24 - 48 hours, not you receive it in 24 - 48 hours.

Tracking Orders
For all UPS shipments you will receive a tracking number with the receipt
via email. If you have not received this shipping email
please check your bulk junk

if you are using a filter as these messages sometimes are filtered out.
If you have not received any information on your order please email us and we will
get back with you that day. It is very important if you would like to receive this
information to reference the correct email address. To track your order please go to
the UPS tracking center online at: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.

Sales Tax
State law requires Home Decor by Design to collect sales tax for orders shipped within
Washington State. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside Washington.

Returns
We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they receive so you
have 30 days to return an item from date of shipment. If ordering
during the holiday season this time may be extend but this information will
be posted at that time.
If you need to return an item please notify us first by
email.
We ask that you return the product in new, unused, and unworn condition
when being returned or we can't refund your money. If damage is from shipping
when you receive your item then please see below. If damage is from defects
we will refund the full amount of product plus shipping costs back to you.
We're sorry but we can't refund the shipping costs if there is nothing wrong
with the product and it is the product you ordered. You will only receive a refund for
the product price.
If you would like to exchange then please see "Exchanges" below.


It is
very important that you package the item or items exactly as you received
it. You must include the packing slip that came with the order we need to know if
the product is defective in any way and that the right account receives the refund.
Please use the same box, protective packaging material and return it exactly the
way it came to you. If there is any damage in the return shipping due to packaging
we can not give you a refund. Sorry, you must pay your own shipping charges when
sending back an item that is not defective. When we receive your item we will issue
you your refund.
If damaged from shipping please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and notify us
and explain exactly how you received your package and what condition it was in.
 

Exchanges
Sorry, we are not accepting exchanges at this time. We will happily credit your account
for any product purchased if returned within the guidelines from our return section above.
Please
do not send a product back without notifying us first or it may be refused.
Wholesale Inquires
Thank you for your interest in our products but we do not sell wholesale at this time.
